GUIDELINES REGARDING FEES FOR ISSUANCE OF NON-PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN, SAPTA (SAARC PREFERENTIAL TRADING AGREEMENT) AND APTA CERTIFICATE [PREFERENTIAL – ASIA PACIFIC TRADE AGREEMENT]

EEPC India is authorized to issue the above certificates for which we are charging a nominal fee. As per the para 2.21.2 of Handbook of Procedures 2009-2014, Vol-1 with respect to issuance of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin, the fee to be charged is Rs. 200 [Rupees two hundred only] plus GST (presently @ 18%) per certificate. 

In regard to issuance of Preferential Certificate of Origin for SAARC Preferential Trading Agreement (SAPTA) and for Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement [APTA], the fee is Rs. 350 [Rupees three hundred fifty only] plus GST (presently @ 18%) per certificate effective April 01, 2011.

Members are requested to provide the following documents along with the filled in Application Form to the concerned EEPC India Office for receiving the respective Certificate of Origin.

(i)      Export Invoice in duplicate

(ii)     Packing List for weight verification
